IMPARTIAL QCPA LABORATORY

Our business discipline is based on fully impartial control and validation of all processes and tolerances based on international standards and customer requirements. All process controls and approvals are managed and recorded in the HSF QCPA ERP System.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

HSF believes that accuracy is of absolute importance in the machining and fabrication of aerospace and aircraft parts, which require the highest level of performance under very high-stress conditions during flight. HSF QCPA Laboratory can meet the requirements specified in ISO 17025, AS 9100, and AS 9003 standards.

AQL LEVELS

HSF applies three levels for AQL: Critical (Catastrophic) 100 % acceptance, Major maximum 0.65 % rejection (RQL), and Minor maximum 2.5 % rejection (RQL) which are valid unless otherwise specified. HSF QCPA Policy manages the AQL according to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, ANSI/ASQ Z1.9, ISO 2859-1, ISO 3534-2, SAE AS9138, and SAE ARP9013 standards.

SATISFACTION & TRACEABILITY

HSF expertly designs high-quality, complex machined components and products. HSF accepts and applies that all supplied parts must comply with all requirements of the Purchase Order, Applicable Standards, Engineering Drawing and / or product description requirements.

HSF AQL POLICY

According to HSF Quality Control and Process Approval (QCPA) Policy, quality control is a critical process for HSF, ensuring safety and reliability of the product produced. The QCPA involves rigorous testing, inspections, and adherence to standards to identify and manage potential issues that could compromise the integrity of the products. This process begins at the design stage and continues through production, maintenance, and servicing.

QUALITY CONTROL

HSF QCPA Laboratory can, with impartial quality and process approval discipline, apply over 45 Non-Destructive and Destructive Testing procedures. More than 99.9% of our quality control processes are carried out in-house by trained personnel. The non-destructive and destructive quality control laboratory was established at HSF in accordance with the sensitivity, accuracy, and traceability criteria of the aviation industry. The largest share of HSF's annual budget is allocated to training and quality control updates, with new machinery investments.

HSF

All production processes, including micro-laser and argon welding, as well as quality control processes, are carried out in-house at HSF.

Unless otherwise specified or required by the customer or production standard, HSF is performing the radiography inspection for the following:
- Welding Inspection: to observe the weld adhering and to inspect for a weld gap or crack.
- Non-Touch Area Inspection: to inspect and measure the areas that cannot be inspected visually or with any measurement device.
- After Heat Treatment: Internal faces surface (for areas too small to be checked by gauge or visual inspection) deformation controls after the heat treatment process.
- Material Defect Inspection,
HSF radiography capabilities do not include the inspection of electronic components, pressure tubes, or similar pressure vessels, or explosive materials, as these materials are outside HSF's capabilities.
Application Limitation: HSF does not use radiographic examination in the following processes; for these processes, HSF uses Fluorescent Penetrant and/or Eddy Current inspection capabilities.
- Discontinuities cannot be detected unless they are essentially parallel to the radiation beam.
- Tight cracks in thick sections may not be detected at all, even when properly oriented.

MIL-STD-810 ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORING SYSTEM (EMS)

Laboratory Environmental Conditions are monitored by the EMS. The HSF QCPA Laboratory (which also includes the Warehouse, Production Zone, and Management Building) is monitored 24/7 to maintain required temperature, humidity, noise, dust, and CO2 levels in accordance with MIL-STD-810 (Rev. H) standard.
