HSF production capability covers precision components of the airframes, landing gears, and aero-engines, which require absolute precision, eddy current, corrosion resistance, and high heat resistance. HSF precision processing capability includes CNC Lathe, Vertical Machining, and Swiss Lathe units that offer the highest quality components and fasteners using an array of stainless steels, nickel alloys, and titanium grades in micron tolerances.

ERP/MRP System and Quality Laboratory Management

Our ERP System, designed in accordance with AS9100 and AS9115 standards, provides full quality control and process approval capabilities for all processes carried out in our facility and by our subcontractors. In this way, we provide our customers with safe and traceable products.

Fundamentals of the HSF QMS

HSF Quality Management System has established on there base legs:

  • Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Production Management System (PMS)
  • Quality Control Process Approval (QCPA)

HSF ERP system establishes the requirements in a framework to plan and complete actions of the secure-product realization cycle, which ensures quality product(s) are delivered on time, while satisfying the customer satisfaction targets.

HSF QMS defines the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) terms in accordance with the AS9145 standard. According to the APQP, the process has five phases, starting with conceptual product needs and extending throughout the product life cycle. These phases are described as follows:

  • Phase 1 – Planning
  • Phase 2 – Product Design and Development
  • Phase 3 – Process Design and Development
  • Phase 4 – Product and Process Validation
  • Phase 5 – On-Going Production, Use, and Post-Delivery Service

HSF operates an advanced quality management system to test and control every stage of production, allowing us to meet the most stringent requirements.

AS9145 - HSF APQP-PPAP POLICY

HSF QCPA policy initiates the Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process (APQP-PPAP) management from the quotation stage and is designed to encompass post-delivery services. HSF conducts the APQP-PPAP management in accordance with SAE AS9145, SAE AS9102 and SAE 9103 standards, AESQ RM13145 and SCMH Aerospace APQP/PPAP Manual reference document.
